Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly. The hotel was not far from the sandy beach.

I had a fantastic time staying at this place. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach of Ingleses. It was so convenient to have direct access to the beautiful beach and enjoy the sun and waves. The staff here were incredible, always friendly and willing to help. The service was top-notch, from the restaurant by the pool to the bar by the beach. They made sure I had everything I needed and even gave me great tips for surfing. I was so pleased with the level of comfort and luxury provided.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had the best time at this hotel on the beach. The staff made us feel so welcome from the beginning, offering us hot tips on where to catch the best waves and how to get around the city. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with amazing pools and a glassed-in gym with ocean views. The location is perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and pharmacies. It was easy to catch an Uber to more reasonably priced restaurants outside of the city centre. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a great start to each day, and the staff were always helpful with anything we needed.

The hotel's location was definitely a highlight of my new year's experience. It was conveniently located near the beach and some of the best restaurants around. The pool area was also pretty nice, and I could only imagine how great it would be to enjoy it during the summer. The staff was accommodating and respectful, with Felipe being especially helpful in giving me insider tips of the best locations for surfing.

Some of the front desk staff struggled with English, which made communication a bit difficult. there was no laundry service available, and the closest option was about a 15-20 minute walk away.

The hotel is located right on the powder sand beach which is really convenient. There are a few reasonably priced restaurants close by if you don't feel like heading into centro. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is amazing, fresh fruits and hot items. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach and was clean and modern. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi for guests to enjoy.

Some areas require attention to cleaning details and maintenance.

The hotel had a nice pool with comfortable lounge chairs and it was close to a good selection of restaurants. The room also had a mini fridge and a microwave which were very handy to have. the hotel was conveniently located right next to the beach, with beautiful white sand and crystal clear water great for swimming in.

The staff was not very helpful and the hotel had a bit of an outdated feel to it. The air-conditioning was also very weak, making the room quite hot and stuffy.
